Originally from Hamilton, we bring with us a background in sales and territory management, along with a passion for genuine hospitality and friendly service. You’ll often find Wayne around the property — handling maintenance, doing odd jobs, and always happy to stop for a friendly chat. Kim takes care of the office and computer work, ensuring that bookings, communications are taken care of. Both Wayne and Kim are available to meet guest needs and all are managed with care and attention to detail.
