CHECK-IN & CHECK OUT

Check-in is available from 2pm on the day of arrival and check-out is by 10am on the day of departure. Every effort will be made to have your accommodation ready earlier if required, but we cannot guarantee this. If you require a late check-in after reception has closed at 9pm we require you to arrange this with us in advance.
Late check-outs can be arranged but may incur an extra charge.

TARIFFS

Seasonal/unit rates and minimum booking periods may apply. Payment for all accommodation must be made in full prior or at the time of check-in. Overdue/recovery charges may be made if your account is not paid on time.

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY

Cancellations made up to 14 days before the booked date incur no charges. Thereafter, the total amount for the booked accommodation may be charged. Cancellation terms for high season bookings and long term stays will be negotiated at the time of booking confirmation.

CHANGES TO RESERVATION TERM

Any extension to a booking is subject to availability of units/apartments. Earlier departure than the reserved date may not result in a refund unless the motel management approve and are able to relet the booked accommodation.

CREDIT CARD GUARANTEES

No charge will be made against the card details unless the guest fails to arrive for the booked accommodation. Cancellations up to 14 days before the booked date incur no fee. After this time a charge may be incurred as per our cancellation policy.

VISITORS

Visitors are permitted at the management’s discretion. We do not allow large gatherings or parties in any of our accommodations. The registered quest is responsible for the behaviour of all persons/visitors whilst on the property. All deliberate or reckless acts that result in damage to our property and any costs associated with inappropriate behaviour resulting in loss of income to the motel will be charged to the registered guest. We ask that you respect the comfort of others & that noise is kept to a minimum with all visitors departing quietly by 10pm.

SMOKING

All of our accommodation is smoke free.
If you do smoke please smoke away from open windows and doors. In the event of someone having smoked inside we reserve the right to recover cleaning costs and any resulting loss of income to the register guest.

PETS

We are sorry but no pets/animals are allowed to stay in any of our accommodation. We are animal lovers but unfortunately we cannot guarantee that all our guests are.
